All apartments, regardless of size, are equipped with central cooling, underfloor heating and air exchange with heat recovery so that abundant light flows in through the windows, but only the hustle and bustle of the city if you want it. You'll be looking at the sky above Little Berlin and the classic Holešovice facades of the opposite houses, seamlessly preceding the green oasis of Stromovka through triple glazing. And that's just a tiny part of how we've factored future comfort into the design.
